  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage.

    To process your refund, please send:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos/videos showing the damage

  3. Product packaging photos (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

Refund Method

Once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
